About
“We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in Joy”
-Joseph Campbell
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.
My name is Yami. I’m a Puerto Rican expat living in Southern California. I’m a wife, mom, and a photography enthusiast. During the day, I’m a Professional Engineer. At night, I’m a CMCO (Chief Memories Creator Officer) My husband has the memory of a goldfish. So I started this blog years ago to help him remember the stuff we do. Over time, the blog has evolved into a time machine. This time machine not only reminds me that getting old happens super fast, but it also reminds me of how awesome is to live life in appreciation of the little things. Little things that too often, we are too busy to notice. I dedicate my art and the thoughts on this blog to my husband, my kids, and anyone else that enjoys photography, nature, family, and travel as much as I do.
With that said – welcome to my blog! Here you’ll find a photo and a video journal of a free spirit fueled by wanderlust and love for nature, family, and coffee. Lots of coffee.
Thank you for taking time to get to know us. Let’s stay in touch. Feel free to subscribe. Also, make sure you leave your blog address or social media home in the comments below👇 I’d love to get to know you too!
Salúd!
